Finding the right market fit for your business idea is the golden rule in business. No matter how good your idea is, it will be worthless if you don’t have anyone to buy it. Because of this, entrepreneurs must have a keen understanding of their target market, their customer profiles, and their buying behaviors in order to successfully launch their products. But as we know, it’s easier said than done. The real question is how you provide value to your customers and foresee how you could extend your services to your target market after the sale.

As part of our new workshop series, Roadmap to Success: Strategic Planning for your Business, we bring you Determine your Product Market Fit. Join Greg Prudhommeaux, serial entrepreneur and founder of NextStep Workshops, as he discusses the details of how to understand your customer’s current needs and foresee future ones, and how you could create a significant value proposition for them. Learn the significance of customer feedback and how you could use it to create solutions that can satisfy your market’s needs.

This workshop will help you:

  • Learn the basics of customer profiling and the importance of understanding buyer personas
  • Learn about strategies that will help you come up with a significant value proposition for your target market
  • Understand the benefit of prototypes and beta testing in creating and upgrading your offers and services for your market’s future needs
  • Get practical tips on how to build up your brand’s credibility

*We have scheduled two batches for your convenience: one on November 17 (Thursday) and another on November 19 (Saturday). Please select the date you prefer on the ticket options below.

This workshops will be offered online on-demand after the live event, powered by Prodygia, our partner platform. Tickets to the workshop include free access to the on-demand version.
