Managing Teams and Projects with Trello

Managing projects and teams can be challenging. It’s easy to get overwhelmed with ideas and tasks when setting up your project, especially when you’re doing it for the first time. You can easily lose track of tasks, conversations, and schedules which can lead to mistakes and ultimately, the loss of clients and projects. Good thing that project management tools like Trello are already available. Trello is a collaboration tool that lets you organize ideas, tasks, and projects. Its features let you keep track of what needs to be done and what’s being done

As part of our workshop series, Roadmap to Success: Strategic Planning for your Business Idea, we give youManaging Teams and Projects with Trello, which will be discussing how you can effectively use this online tool to maximize your business’ growth. Join Greg Prudhommeaux on December 8 and 10 as he shares his tips on how you can run your operations, check on ongoing and completed tasks, and empower your team to take responsibility for tasks assigned to them.
